AlphaTouch offers a mobile app to view live video feeds, and grant access to visitors via the mobile app.
We also offer a convenient backup solution for when you can’t access the app or don’t have a smartphone. Simply provide your mobile phone number and you will be contacted through a standard telephone call (without video).
It’s always good to have a backup plan.

The AlphaTouch video intercom’s primary function is to allow residents to communicate via live video and control who is allowed access to the property.
AlphaTouch does not record video from the intercom, but it does capture and store photos of entry events in an audit log that can be easily accessed. This log can be used to review a history of property events.
We leave the video recording to the security cameras, as that is their primary function.

The only connection that's required is a cat6 ethernet connection.
The system uses NFC/RFID for access, not Bluetooth.
